  9. Now heat ghee in a kadahi. Start adding littis in batches. Please note that throughout the frying process the gas flame will be low. Flip the littis once they are golden brown from once side. Similarly fry all littis and take out on tissue paper. Littis are ready..
  10. For Chokha-.
  11. Pressure cook aubergine and potatoes by peeling them. Take one whistle. Discard the water and start mashing potatoes and aubergine together with the help of a Smasher..
  12. Heat Mustard oil in a kadhai. Add chopped onions, chopped garlic cloves, grated ginger and chopped green chillies. Saute well till raw aroma disappears. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute till tomatoes are soft and mushy..

  16. Pressure cook toor dal for 3-4 whistles by adding salt and turmeric powder..
  17. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds let it splutter, now add curry leaves, dried red chillies, mix well, now add chopped garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chillies, add chopped onions and saute well. Once onions are pink add tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are tender..
  18. Add cooked toor dal and give it a good mix. Let it boil on low flame for 10 mins and add coriander leaves. Add ghee from above. Dal is ready..
  19. Green Chutney -.
  20. In a mixer jar add - washed pudina leaves, washed coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, salt, cumin powder and water. Blend to make a smooth Puree. Green Chutney is ready.

  22. In a plate arrange - crushed littis + add some ghee from above, chokha, tempored dal, green chutney, chopped onions and green chillies..
