  8. Once roasted take out the eggplant & tomatoes in plate. Peel the skin after cooling (it takes 15-20 minutes to roast). Add boiled potatoes and mash well with a potato masher..
  9. Add onion, ginger, garlic, chilies, coriander, mustard oil and salt. Chokha is ready..
  10. For serving- pour some hot ghee over Littis and serve with Chokha..
