  6. In different pan add 2-3 spoon oil & heat, add chopped garlic fry till it turns to brown..
  7. Add onion, capsicum & salt, fry till onion become soft. (I didn't have capsicum so it's missing in my pic).
  8. Add all kind of sauces and mix..
  9. Divide this mixture into two parts..
  10. In one part add fried cauliflower and give a nice mix..
  11. In second part add fried idli and give nice mix..
  12. We can add spring onion also for topping..
