  7. Lower the heat add soya sauce,chilli sauce & chilli paste..
  8. Stir gently and pour water, after add vinegar, salt to suit your taste..
  9. Keep stirring and cook on a medium flame.Do not cook gravy thick..
  10. Switch off the gas and allow the sauce to cool for 1-2 min..
  11. Add balls tothe sauce..
  12. Also serve Veg Manchurian with Fried Rice..
