  9. Pour 1 cup water, pepper powder and salt. Bring mixture to boil over medium flame..
  10. Add dissolved cornflour to the gravy..
  11. Mix well and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes..
  12. Add deep fried balls and cook for few mins over medium flame..
  13. Turn off flame and garnish it with chopped spring onion..
