  7. Cook until the chicken gets 40% soft..
  8. Add the masala paste of onion yoghurt and dry masala..
  9. At the same time add ginger paste, garlic paste, cashew paste, green chilli paste and tomato paste..
  10. Add salt as per your taste..
  11. Mix it properly..
  12. Cook it for 10 minutes without lid..
  13. Add 1 glass of hot water and mix it..
  14. Add dried fenugreek leaves, garam masala powder and mix it..
  15. Add sugar for balancing the taste..
  16. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 20 min in low flame..
  17. Remove the lid and cook it for 5 min in medium high flame..
  18. Keep the consistency of the gravy as per your choice..
  19. Chicken Salon is ready to serve..
