Add salt to it #NOTE - add salt only after mutton is almost cooked# *Note - wenever you feel water is needed more,always add hot water to it* cook till it's thick and mutton also cooked well as everything we used is uncooked! Ready!.
  4. Take a pan add little oil,add some fresh curry leaves and chopped garlic saute, add to the haleem mix it well! Take out in a plate garnish with fried onions and chopped mint leaves! serve hot!.
