  6. Heat the appe pan with one TSP oil in each box..keep the flame low...place the rolled litti in appe pan.. cover and cook it for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip over and cook other sides for 10 minutes...total time it will take to bake or cook is 20 minutes...flame (should be low from starting to end in cooking or baking process).
  8. Continue to cook until the litti turns golden brown from all the sides and also cooked from inside.
  9. Finally,litti is ready to serve with choka and ghee.
