  9. Add ginger paste, green chilli paste mix it well..
  10. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder,, turmeric powder, mixed it well..
  11. Add 2tbsp water & cook in medium flame for 2 mins..
  12. Add fried potatoes, fried broken fish head & garam masala powder. Mixed it well, cook in medium flame for 2 mins..
  13. Add gobindo bhog rice, mixed well, cook in medium flame for 2 mins..
  14. Add 2 & 1/2 cup water, when boiling add salt & sugar, mixed it well..
  15. Close the lid for 5 mins, cook in medium flame..
  16. Now cook in high flame, add garam masala powder & ghee, mixed it well..
  17. Put off your gas oven, close the lid for 5 mins..
  18. After 5 mins Muri ghanto is ready, serve it hot..
