  6. Heat Appe pan and grease with little oil.,use brush to grease.Add seasonings to besan and add chopped palak.Mix with hands DON'T add water.Make small balls and cook in appe pan covered.Keep changing sides so that all sides r cooked..
  7. Cook in appe pan..
